What do you need to know about insurance coverage?
Most physical therapy is covered by insurance, but coverage varies with each plan.
We recommend that you:
• Contact your insurance representative
• Ask if you have Physical Therapy benefits
• Confirm reimbursement for Physical Therapy services
• Ask if a referral or any pre-authorizations are required
Some plans require on-going pre-authorization of care and others may offer a limited number of visits per condition or per year. If this is your case, please call our office to ensure that our resources meet your needs.
